FOR FOOD SAFETY AND QUALITY, COOK TO A TEMPERATURE OF 165°F. TO SERVE COLD, PREPARE VEGETABLES AS STATED BELOW, THEN COOL AS RAPIDLY AS POSSIBLE TO REFRIGERATED TEMPERATURE.

: STOVE TOP 1. Heat 1/4 cup oil in a large skillet on MED-HIGH heat. 2. Add half bag of frozen riced cauliflower and cook for 4 minutes, stirring frequently.

: MICROWAVE (1100 WATTS) 1. Place half bag of frozen riced cauliflower in a microwave safe dish. 2. Cover and cook on HIGH for 9 minutes, stirring halfway through cook time. 3. Let stand for 1 minute.
