Sealed Burger with Tater Gems® Casserole and Riced Cauliflower Mac-n-Cheese

When the usual burger and fries won't quite cut it, serve up a toasty, cheesy sealed burger with two delicious sides. It's a nostalgic, portable meal that'll thrill the lunch crowd.
Preparation Instructions:
To prepare Sealed Burgers:
Season the ground beef with salt, pepper, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, onion powder and divide into equal portions. Flatten each into a thin patty and cook on grill or flattop until cooked through. Place a slice of cheese in the center of two patties, place patties in a bun and transfer to the burger press. Cook at 300°F for 1 ½ minutes.
To prepare Tater Gems® Casserole:
Preheat the oven to 450°F. Spread Tater Gems® on a baking sheet and bake per package instructions.
In a bowl, mix sour cream, cheddar cheese, green onions, bacon, salt, and pepper. Layer baked Tater Gems® in a greased casserole dish. Spread the sour cream mixture evenly on top. Return to the oven and bake for an additional 10-12 minutes until bubbly.
To prepare Riced Cauliflower Mac-n-Cheese:
Microwave or sauté riced cauliflower according to package instructions.
In a saucepan over medium heat, bring the heavy cream to a simmer. Stir in cheddar, Parmesan, paprika, salt, and pepper, stir until smooth. Mix the cauliflower into the cheese sauce until fully coated.
To Serve:
Use a ring mold to press the riced cauliflower mac-n-cheese into a neat circular shape on the plate. Scoop a portion of the Tater Gems® casserole and place it neatly on top of the mac-n-cheese ring. Set the sealed burger alongside the sides. Top the burger with microgreens, parsley, or a drizzle of aioli.
