Step 1
Prepare the sweet potatoes according to package instructions.
Step 2
Melt the butter over medium-high heat in a large skillet. Stir in the brown sugar. Add the cream and continue cooking over high heat until you have reduced the mixture by half. Stir in the cinnamon, nutmeg and pecans. The reduced sauce should yield 10 to 12 fl. oz.
Step 3
Toss the sweet potatoes with the praline sauce to coat. Garnish with toasted pecans.
