Creamy macaroni and cheese mixed with flame-roasted sweet potatoes and seasoned chicken taco meat—all topped off with black beans, peppers, onions, and flame-roasted sweet corn.
Preparation Instructions:
Step 1
Prepare sweet potatoes and Fiesta Blend according to package instructions. Reserve warm. Blend sweet potatoes, macaroni and cheese and taco meat together.
Step 2
For each serving; portion 10 oz. of macaroni and cheese blend into serving container. Top with 1/3 cup Fiesta Blend.
