Thaw hand scooped avocado according to package instructions.
Step 2
Prepare corn and bean blend according to package instructions.
Step 3
Heat sauce in a skillet over medium heat. Add tortilla chips and stir gently being careful not to break the chips. Once chips are coated and softened transfer to a serving plate. Top with corn and bean blend, cotija cheese, 1 fried egg, avocado, and sprinkle with cilantro.
