Golden roasted corn pudding casserole—creamy, sweet and savory. This hearty side dish is perfect when paired with protein and veggies for a well-balanced school meal.
Preparation Instructions:
Step 1
The day before service, thaw corn under refrigeration overnight.
Step 2
Preheat convection oven to 325°F. or conventional oven to 350°F.
Step 3
Spray 1 half-size steamtable pan with pan release.
Step 4
Melt butter.
Step 5
Combine melted butter, eggs, milk, cornstarch, sugar, and oil in pan. Stir well until all ingredients are combined.
Step 6
Add corn and creamed corn and stir until combined.
Step 7
Bake for about 45-50 minutes or until golden brown.
Step 8
Cut each pan into 24 pieces.
