Raspberry Mango Cream Crepe Filling
Do you have crepes on your breakfast and brunch menus? If not, this creamy, fluffy filling packed full of fruit is the perfect reason to add them.
Preparation Instructions:
Step 1
Thaw mango according to package instructions.
Step 2
Add cream cheese, heavy cream and honey to the bowl of a mixer. Use wire whisk to combine until smooth and fluffy. Add mango and whisk for one minute. Remove from mixer and quickly fold in frozen raspberry crumbles. Place into airtight container in refrigerator and use within 2 days.
