Preparation Instructions:
Step 1
The day before service, thaw avocado spread and corn under refrigeration overnight.
Step 2
As an option, slice hard boiled eggs.
Step 3
Assemble grab-and-go boxes with 1 bagel (toasted optional), 1/2 hard boiled egg, 1 oz. cheese, a #30 disher of avocado spread, and a #10 disher of roasted corn. Use portion containers as needed to separate ingredients.
