Preparation Instructions:
Step 1
Preheat oven to 350°F.
Step 2
Prepare cauliflower rice according to package instructions. Stir in American cheese, milk, and 1/2 of the bacon. Combine until evenly mixed. Season with salt and pepper.
Step 3
Transfer to baking pan, top with cheddar and bake at 350°F until cheese is melted and bubbly, about 5 minutes. Garnish with reserved bacon and green onion.
