Simplot Harvest Fresh® Avocados: Everything Bagel Flavored Avocado Spread, Frozen, thawed	16 oz.
Sun-dried tomato and olive tapenade, prepared	16 oz.
Salami (or chorizo), sliced	16 oz.
Cheddar cheese slices	8 oz.
Pepper Jack cheese slices	8 oz.
Cornichons	16 oz.
Bagel chips, prepared		4 cups
Sesame bread sticks, prepared		12 each
Radishes, whole		12 each
Jalapeño, sliced		4 each

Preparation Instructions:

Step 1

Thaw avocado according to package instructions.

Step 2

For each board, place a 4 oz. portion container of avocado spread on the board. Follow with a 4 oz. portion container of tapenade. Around the containers, arrange 4 oz. salami, 2 oz. of each cheese, 4 oz. cornichons, 1 cup bagel chips, 3 bread sticks, 3 radishes, and 1 sliced jalapeño.
