Preparation Instructions:

Step 1

Thaw avocado spread and strawberries according to package instructions. Once thawed, slice strawberries.

Step 2

Prepare onions according to package instructions.

Step 3

Spread 1 oz. avocado spread on all slices of toast.

Step 4

Assemble 3 varieties and serve 1 of each variety on board for service.

For Smoked Salmon Avocado Toast: Top with cucumber, smoked salmon, pickled onion and fresh dill.

For Balsamic Strawberry Toast: Top with strawberries and drizzle with balsamic glaze.

For Bacon and Egg Toast: Top with 2 slices of bacon, an egg, and caramelized onions.
