Preparation Instructions:
Step 1
In a blender, purée 20 oz. of sliced strawberries. Stir in the remaining 6 oz. of sliced strawberries to retain their shape.
Step 2
Pour 2 1/2 fl. oz. of the strawberry mixture into ten 3 fl. oz. popsicle molds. Top off each mold with 1/2 fl. oz. coconut milk. Insert popsicle sticks and freeze until solid, about 3 hours.
