Smoked Brisket Slider with Dill Avocado Spread Slaw

Serve up a stack of these little hand-held sliders on your appetizer or snack menu. Loaded with tender smoked brisket, crunchy napa cabbage slaw and a bright, spicy Piri Piri sauce that really pops—these little sandwiches, served on sesame brioche buns, really satisfy.
Preparation Instructions:
Step 1
Thaw dill avocado spread according to package instructions.
Step 2
To prepare Piri Piri BBQ Sauce, place first ten ingredients (olive oil through salt) in a blender and blend until smooth. Combine mixture with BBQ sauce in a bowl and hold for service
Step 3
Finely chop napa cabbage and combine with dill avocado spread, black pepper, and olive oil.
Step 4
Brush buns with egg white and sprinkle with sesame seeds. Toast in oven for 2 minutes. To serve, place prepared brisket on slider buns, top with generous portion of slaw and drizzle with bbq sauce.
*Serving Suggestion: Serve 2 or 3 sliders with crispy fries on the side.
