Mediterranean Turkey Burger with Cucumber Tzatziki Avocado

Loaded with big Mediterranean flavors and served on a toasty Brioche bun, this turkey burger is anything but average. So tasty!
Preparation Instructions:
Step 1
Thaw avocado spread according to package instructions.
Step 2
Heat olive oil in sauté pan over medium heat. Add garlic and cook until slightly softened. Add spinach leaves and cook until just wilted. Remove from heat, and allow to cool.
Step 3
Mix the prepared spinach mixture and feta cheese into the ground turkey. Season with salt and pepper. Divide and form the turkey into 8 patties. Refrigerate for service.
Step 4
For each burger, cook a turkey patty over medium-high heat until cooked through to 165°F. On the bottom half of the bun layer a lettuce leaf, cooked turkey patty, 1 oz. avocado spread, a slice of onion, a slice of tomato, and another 1 oz. of avocado spread. Finish with the top half of the bun.
Step 5
Prepare fries according to package instructions. Serve 5 oz. of fries with each burger.
