In Korea, Japchae is a popular, classic wok-fried noodle dish that is well-loved by all. Our version features loads of veggies, sweet potato noodles, and chicken—all brought together with a simple yet flavorful sauce.
Preparation Instructions:
Step 1
Thaw carrots according to package instructions.
Step 2
Prepare noodles according to package instructions. Set aside.
Step 3
Slice chicken into 1/4-inch strips. In a large sauté pan or wok, heat olive oil and garlic over medium-high heat. Add chicken and sauté until halfway cooked. Add the carrots, peppers and onions, and mushrooms. Cook an additional 3-4 minutes until chicken reaches 165°F internal temperature. Add soy sauce and spinach to pan, and continue cooking until heated through. Add noodles and toss to combine well.
Step 4
Garnish each portion with sliced green onions and sesame seeds.
