Dill Pickle Cheeseburger Quesadilla

Put a fun twist on classic flavors with this melty, delicious quesadilla. If you need some variety on your menu, try this portable option; we think the students will love it!
Preparation Instructions:
Step 1
The tortillas at room temperature overnight. Proper thawing will aid in handling the product without breaking and cracking.
Step 2
The day before service, thaw avocado spread and ground beef under refrigeration overnight.
Step 3
Preheat tilt skillet over medium heat. Add ground beef.
Step 4
Brown beef a few minutes. Add caramelized-style onions.
Step 5
When beef is almost cooked through and just a little pink remains, drain fat. Add ketchup and mustard and mix to combine. Simmer until meat is fully cooked through. Transfer beef to pan.
Step 6
Add cheese to beef and mix to combine.
Step 7
Assemble quesadillas. Using a #30 disher, place a scant 2 Tbsp. of the avocado spread on each tortilla. Spread to cover the tortilla, leaving a thin border. Using a #10 disher (not packed), place beef mixture on one half of each tortilla. Fold in half. Place on a sprayed parchment lined sheet pan.
Step 8
Serve 1 quesadilla to each customer.
