Preparation Instructions:
Step 1
In a bowl add pineapple and Hatch chilies, fold gently to combine and package in 3 oz. portions.
Step 2
For each portion; prepare 10 oz. SIDEWINDERS™ fries according to package instructions. Place hot SIDEWINDERS™ fries into a vented container. Pack 4 oz. of pulled pork and place with fries. Assemble portions of chilled ingredients and pack separately (3 oz. pineapple salsa, 3 oz. pico de gallo, 1 oz. shredded cheese, 2 oz. portion cup guacamole). Place nacho ingredients into two separate bags one for hot and one for cold.
Step 3
To assemble, top SIDEWINDERS™ fries with pulled pork, pineapple salsa, pico de gallo, and cheese. Finish with guacamole.
