Caramelized Onion Burger

A juicy, house-made burger patty seasoned to perfection, served on a toasted brioche bun topped with caramelized onions, Jack cheese, and fresh arugula.
Preparation Instructions:
Step 1
In a large mixing bowl, combine the ground beef with the Worcestershire sauce, garlic, parsley, and salt and pepper. Mix well and portion into 6 oz. patties. Refrigerate for service.
Step 2
Prepare onions according to package instructions. Hold warm.
Step 3
Over medium-high heat, grill each burger to desired doneness. Melt a slice of cheese on each burger. Place cooked patties on the bottom halves of the brioche buns. Add 2 oz. onions to each burger, and garnish with several arugula leaves before finishing with top half of bun. Serve immediately.
