Season Simplot RoastWorks® Flame-Roasted Fuji Apples with cinnamon and nutmeg for baked-apple pancakes sure to please a crowd at breakfast or brunch.
Preparation Instructions:
Step 1
Preheat oven to 350˚F.
Step 2
Thaw roasted apples. Place 10 oz. of apples in bottom of an 8x8x1 7/8-inch pan that has been sprayed with pan-release. Repeat to fill 4 pans.
Step 3
Combine eggs, milk, and vanilla. Mix well. Combine remaining dry ingredients and add to egg mixture. Blend well. Divide into four equal parts and pour over apples. Bake in a 350˚F oven for approximately 25-30 minutes until firm on top. Let cool and cut each pan into 4 portions.
