Sweet potato chips topped with smoky pork, kimchi, cheese and mayonnaise.
Instructions:
1. Pan fry kaiserfleisch.
2. Roughly chop kimchi and toss though kaiserfleisch.
3. Cook frozen Edgell Sweet Potato Chips following packet directions. Add paprika and toss.
4. Immediately top chips with cheese, kimchi mix and daikon. Drizzle with mayonnaise, top with spring onion and serve.
